PRISM Performance Analytics Platform

An enterprise BI platform integrating faculty, financial, research, and clinical-operations data for the Department of Medicine's leadership — spanning 16 divisions and 750+ faculty across three campuses. Prototyped in TIBCO Spotfire, deployed to production on Tableau Server. Presented as an invited speaker at a Tableau User Group.
